On the verge of an exciting new option in the national real estate market, Mr. Robison recognized the value of fractional ownership in luxury vacation properties. Mr. Gary Robison has worked in the real estate mortgage industry in Utah, Nevada and Arizona since 1980. Mr. Robison brings 28 years of experience not only in real estate and development, but also as a business owner and entrepreneur as he is owner and operator of his own mortgage company. Mr. Robison has a local and national reputation as a home grown expert in fractionalization in Utah. Mr. Robison has been interviewed and/or featured in Utah Valley magazine regarding his hand in bringing fractionalization to the Utah real estate marketplace. Mr. Robison is a recognized real estate professional who has the skill and experience working with million dollar clients and billion dollar projects to produce results.
